RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1.The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of delivery to customer, if the goods have not been used and their presentation has been preserved, before returning the Seller is obliged to record the proper condition of the goods on a photo and video and send the Seller a photo and video of the proper condition of the goods, after which the Seller has the right to review the photo and video materials and provide his decision on the return or exchange of the goods to the Buyer.
2. For international orders, the Buyer pays for the return of the goods himself, if the return is not due to the Seller's error.
3. The money is returned in the same way as the payment was made, within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
4 The Buyer is obliged to clearly choose his size, all information about the size is indicated in the description under each product. Permissible errors in the sizes indicated on the website and sizes are up to 3 cm.
