DELIVERY OF GOODS
1. Delivery is carried out worldwide using international postal or courier services (for example, "Ukrposhta", DHL, Nova Poshta Global, etc.).
2 The Seller is obliged to provide information about the international parcel to the Buyer, namely: the parcel number and tracking service after transferring the goods to the postal services to the Buyer's email address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
3. The cost of delivery depends on the country, the minimum delivery time is 5-6 calendar days or more.
4. The risks of accidental loss or damage to the goods are transferred to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the carrier.
5. The Buyer undertakes to independently cover all additional costs associated with international delivery, including, but not limited to: customs duties, taxes, commissions of carriers or payment systems, insurance payments, etc.
6. In case of refusal of the Buyer to pay additional costs during international shipment, the Seller has the right to withhold up to 50% of the total order amount as compensation for processing, delivery and administrative services. The remaining amount (if applicable) is returned to the Buyer in the same way as the payment was made, after receipt of the goods by the Seller.
7. The Seller is not responsible for the payment of customs duties, taxes and/or duties of the Buyer's country, the latter is obliged to pay all customs duties, taxes and/or duties of the country, which is the final point of international delivery.
8. The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the final address of the Buyer, which is indicated when placing the order.
